the role

This position is responsible for coordinating paid campaigns across Paid Search primarily, but will also have the opportunity to work on Display, YouTube/Video, Pinterest, Meta, Audio, and Digital Out of Home (DOOH). Effectively implementing these campaigns to drive strong results across all key metrics is a critical component to job success.

To add more context, this role will be responsible for:

Budget tracking & ongoing optimisations
Campaign implementation & planning support
Keyword and ad copy development
Campaign builds from start to finish
Creative selection and consulting
Tracking towards KPIs & execution of A/B tests
Campaign reporting and attending client WIP’s

HOW YOU’LL BE MEASURED:

Ability to effectively collaborate with teams to deliver quality work for clients
Ability to independently manage all implementation, optimisation and reporting for assigned accounts
Ability to analyse and interpret data to develop actionable insights
Giving proactive recommendations off the back of reporting insights

the experience

1-2 years’ experience in the performance space, especilly Paid Search
Can-do attitude and self-motivated
Independent problem solver with a high attention to detail
Thorough experience with campaign implementation, optimisation, management and reporting
Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices
Intermediate with Google Ads editor
Intermediate with Excel (eg. vlookups, pivot tables)
Experience of more than one paid media channel is highly desirable, such as Programmatic Display
Strong understanding data in Google Analytics and gaining actionable insights
Understanding of tracking, tagging and pixel management through Google Tag Manager or similar
Experienced with bid management tools eg. SA360
Able to handle multiple client priorities, while maintaining attention to detail

Working closely with our Head of Content & Creative you’ll be responsible for making sure we offer a seamless social media service to our clients, whilst delivering on our KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating genuine and meaningful client relationships
Running the day to day communications for a small selection of our clients
Understanding our client’s needs by locking in regular catch ups… wine always helps!
Ensuring our strategies are developed and implemented in a timely manner
KPI tracking to ensure we’re on track to achieve (and exceed) our targets
Getting handsy with presenting response decks, and new business proposals
Supported by a Junior Social Executive – will play a role in their development
Overseeing our boosting and performance reporting, ensuring we’re always presenting actionable insights
Overseeing the implementation of planning, scheduling and calendar planning.
Overseeing community management
Influencer management – sourcing, strategy, implementation
Helping the creative team with content creation and creative executions
Ability to craft compelling social copy and contribute to creative ideation
Being resourceful and bringing in the right team to deliver on a brief
Overseeing boosting (in collaboration with the paid social team)
Reporting to the Head of Content & Creative

the experience

Agency side Social Account Management experience is a must. Ideally we’re looking for someone who has at least 3+ years
Lives and breathes social media
Proven ability to create meaningful relationships with clients
Nails communications, both internally and externally
Thinks that tasks and timeline management are a main food group
Unites around a challenge, and believes teamwork makes the dreamwork
Boosting/reporting experience
Community management experience is a bonus

We’re looking for a top of their game human within all things office management. This is a fun, fast paced and diverse role, where you will manage a range of functions and areas at Wired. This includes; general office management, finance support, running our culture program (it’s all about having fun!), managing our operational supplier relationships, IT coordination, plus more!

THE ROLE:

Office admin and Culture Management (50%): General day to day management of Wired HQ including ordering office supplies, liaising with building management, supporting the team with administrative tasks. Organising our team culture program, ensuring the smooth operations of as-much-fun-as-possible

Finance (25%): Providing support to our CFO including data capture into Xero and simple reporting

HR (10%): Coordinating our HR function, including team member onboarding and offboarding

IT (10%): Coordinating IT issues, managing the relationship with our IT agency and updating our website

Personal Assistant (5%): Providing PA support to the three owners of the company (Founder & Managing Director, and two Managing Partners)

Client Billable Work (ad hoc): Occasional support to the team with client related work including product sourcing for campaigns, contacting and coordinating with influencers and media for product launches

2+ years experience in a similar role
